We have invested in the latest state of the art machining equipment from Mazak. Our machines range from the highly advanced Integrex 5 axis mill-turn centers, Multiplex dual spindle, dual turret machines that offer simultaneous machining, lathes with live/dead centers for small shaft work, thirteen automated gantry loading/unloading turning centers for unmatched production runs, to milling on our new 5 axis Mazak milling center. We turn anywhere from .5’’ to 14’’ diameters on any kind of bar stock, castings and forgings. Our mills have a 41” x 20” x 20” capacity.
Like any successful machine shop, support equipment plays a vital role in our operations. It ranges from our Tsune auto load cold saws that run almost nonstop, our 6 ton Oilgear broach and Pro-Pen marking machines. We can even assemble and package your completed parts, making them ready to ship when it hits your floor.
